He was born in Tunceli in 1966. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1988.

Between 1989 and 2002, he served as a branch manager, accounting manager, and executive in the private sector. Since 2002, he has been practicing independently as a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) and continues his professional activities.

In 2013, he was authorized by the Public Oversight Authority (POA/KGK) and obtained his Independent Auditor license. Between 2016 and 2025, he served as a partner and independent auditor at Analitik Independent Audit and Consulting Inc.

As of 2025, he continues his professional career as a founding partner of Alinda Independent Audit and Consulting Inc.
