He was born in the Sarayönü district of Konya in 1976. He graduated from Selçuk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1998. In 2001, he completed his Master’s degree in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the Social Sciences Institute of Selçuk University.

He began his career while still a university student, entering the accounting profession in 1996. After obtaining his Certified Public Accountant (SMMM/CPA) license in 2003, he served as Accounting and Financial Affairs Manager for companies across various sectors. Between 2007 and 2010, he served as the Konya Office Manager for DMF System Sworn-in CPA and Independent Audit Inc., where he managed independent auditing, full certification audits, VAT refund processes, and corporate consultancy services.

While conducting audit and consultancy activities at various Sworn-in CPA offices, he also taught courses on accounting and tax applications at vocational schools and private educational institutions. Since 2010, he has served as an Expert Witness, Trustee, and Concordat Commissioner for the Tax Court, Civil Courts of Commerce, and Enforcement Law Courts in and around the Konya Courthouse.

In 2016, he successfully passed the Sworn-in CPA exams, earning the title of Sworn-in Financial Advisor (YMM). He also holds the title of Independent Auditor, authorized by the Public Oversight Authority (POA/KGK). Since 2016, he has been operating as a member of the Ankara Chamber of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants. He has been a member of the Association of Accounting Specialists of Turkey (TMUD) since 2010.

He is married with two children and is proficient in English.
