Berin Gürer, born in Çanakkale in 1958, graduated from the Istanbul Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, Faculty of Business Administration in 1980.

Following her university education, she held various positions in the Accounting and Finance departments of group companies across several sectors, including Production, Contracting, Construction, Maritime, and Automotive. She retired in 1998 as a Financial Affairs Manager.

Since 1999, she has continued her career as an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA), providing services to various organizations.

In addition to her professional practice, she has participated in numerous meetings, panels, and seminars, earning various certifications. She has also taken part in several training programs both as a participant and an instructor.

In 2013, she was authorized as an Independent Auditor and currently continues her work as a Founding Partner of Alinda Independent Audit and Consulting Inc.
