She was born in Sivas in 1981. She graduated from the Department of Economics at Trakya University in 2003.

With over 22 years of corporate experience at leading firms in the audit sector, she has provided audit, consulting, and reporting services to prominent medium and large-scale enterprises. She has taken active roles in the preparation of Independent Audit Reports for companies subject to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and the Public Oversight Authority (POA), as well as in processes regarding consultancy, mergers, demergers, changes of legal type, and concordat proceedings.

She holds the CPA (SMMM) license, as well as Independent Auditor licenses issued by the CMB (SPK) and the POA (KGK). Since 2025, she has been serving as a Founding Partner, Board Member, and Responsible Auditor at Alinda Independent Audit and Consulting Inc. As of September 2025, she is also a member of the Independent Audit Committee of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (ISMMMO).
