He was born in Mudurnu, Bolu, in 1971. He graduated from Gazi University Kırşehir Vocational School of Business Administration (now Ahi Evran University) in 1993, Anadolu University Department of Business Administration in 1997, and Nişantaşı University Department of International Financial Reporting and Audit (IFRA) in 2019.

Between 2000 and 2025, he served as an Auditor at Sworn-in CPA firms, Audit Manager at independent audit firms, and Internal Audit Supervisor, while also conducting professional activities at his own CPA (SMMM) office. Additionally, he has held the position of Financial Affairs Manager in the private sector.

In 2014, he was authorized by the Public Oversight Authority (POA/KGK) and obtained his Independent Auditor license. Between 2015 and 2018, he served as a Partner and Independent Auditor at AB Euro Independent Audit Inc.

As of 2025, he continues his professional career as a Founding Partner of Alinda Independent Audit and Consulting Inc.
